It is the package you need if you are not yet on Medicare, or if your Medicare has to work alongside another system of coverage, such as federal retirement.

  • We guide you through getting your Medicare number and Parts A and B
  • We work through your IRMAA* bracket, Medicare's income surcharge, and any path to appeal it
  • We explain how Medicare fits with federal or postal retirement coverage, Railroad Retirement, TRICARE, VA care, or a job plan, including which system pays first, what each leaves unpaid, and where they overlap
  • Unlimited consultations, until we both agree this year's analysis is complete
* IRMAA means Income Related Monthly Adjustment Amount. It is an extra charge Medicare adds to Part B and Part D premiums for higher income households.
